Veeam One - Metric discrepancy - IOPs and Latency

We use Veeam one to monitor our Hyper V Cluster.

We are noticing discrepancies with the IOPs reported for the CSV disk on the Metric "IOPs" and "Direct/Redirected IOPS" as well as "Latency" and "Direct/Redirected Latency"

IOPs - Average 7300
Direct/Redirected IOPs - Average 730

Latency - Average 2.1ms
Direct/Redirected IOPs - Average 12ms

Can someone explain the difference between these metrics and why we are seeing such discrepancies between the results?
