Veeam ONE patch #1 doesn't apply

I came across the patch for the Veeam One I have installed and decided to install it.
When running this patch against the installed version as administrator it stops after unpacking several files, with the popup Error: There are no components to patch on this computer.
The revision in the help / About stay on 676 instead of the 686 it should become.
Anyone experience the same ?
Anyone know a fix/woraround to get it installed ?

Proper information regarding version that is being used can be found under Configuration > About > Server Information field in Veeam ONE Reporter Web UI and Veeam ONE settings utility.

The build will remain under Help > About in Veeam ONE Monitor Client even after patching, since this patch is applied on only service-level, while monitor client stays unchanged.
