Veeam One Reporter

Hi,

We moved the sql express database to a central SQL server. After this change logging in to the Veeam One Reporter web gui, it takes ages to logon.

step 1 : authentication - pretty fast;
step 2 : loading lasts forever;

anyone experiences this behaviour ?

What about Business View UI? Do you see the same behavior?

We timed the login proces for both and created a support case ID : 01717647

Reporter:
- verifying credentials - 10 seconds;
- loading - 3 minutes and 50 seconds;

Business View
- verifying credentials - 50 seconds;
- loading - 30 seconds;
