Veeam One Reportes Server not running

I made a new installation of Veeam availability (b&r and one)

Everything went well , except that at the end and finish installing Veeam Reporter One failed on the Veeam One Reporter Server service (veeam RSS)

This is the only service that does not start on its own. Nor it is started by hand.

What version have you installed?
Does it return any error when you try to start it manually?

The version installed is 8.0.0.159

The error that indicates whether the attempt is started manually has spent time on .

What related errors do you have in the Windows Event log?

Hmm..
I`m afraid there is no such a version. Maybe you meant 8.0.0.1569 or 8.0.0.1669?

I've installed veeam availability suite 8.0.0.11.....

I'll try to reinstall veeam one server and one to see if it happens again .

In the event windows :

Timeout (30000 ms) for connection with ONE Veeam Reporter Server service ran out.

Same problem with tha Veeam RSS. Did someone knows how to solve this problem? my RSS it doesn't start either automatically or manually.
