Hi,
I've tried without succes to send a Veeam One report to a diffusion list or a group.
If I send the report with this email type, it's OK :
MrOne@domain.fr;MrTwo@domain.fr;MrThree@domain.fr
but If I send the report with a diffusion list it don't work :
example :
groupMr@domain.fr (containing MrOne@domain.fr;MrTwo@domain.fr;MrThree@domain.fr)
Is only nominative email can be used ?

Hello,
What version are you using of Veeam ONE, v12 already? Haver you enabled properly the new auth if using M365/Google? We would appreciate a support case for this, and please check the logs of your SMTP Server, or M365, etc.
As Veeam ONE does not control any of the relay of the message, it just passes it to the SMTP server, and if there are some policies there denying the relay of the used account in VONE to send to DL, etc. It is all in the SMTP Server side.
Hope you can fix the issue soon.

First of all, yes we are in VONE V12.
Also, you're right jorgedlcruz : all in the SMTP Server side.
With the admin exchange we uncheck a box "need authentification" on the distribution list.
All seems to be working well know.
