Veeam One stucks at importing performance Data after restart
Hi,
after restarting my Veeam One server it stucks at importing performance data and I do not get any actual information about CPU/Memory Usage.
Before rebooting the server everything was OK. Any way to troubleshoot it?

Hello Marc,
Past performance data import should continue once your server is up and running. How many hosts and VMs do you have in your VI? Usually import operation takes 10-15 minutes, after that Veeam ONE server starts to collect real-time data.

we have 7 ESX Server and about 200VM's - it only stucks for this vcenter. Another vcenter that is also part of the veeam one monitoring works with in a few minutes.
For the VCenter that is not working it now came back with a configuration issue warning, that it cannot import the data. But before the boot of the server all was working fine. We have changed no passwords and no configurations.

Hmm...in this case please contact our technical team to disable past performance data import and review the logs of the previous collection job to see what might have caused this behavior.
