Veeam one Unable to add Veeam Backup & Replication server

Hi
Currently, i am using Veeam One version 9.0 to monitor my VMs, i am able to add any Esxi-host and V-center to Veeam One, However, when i was trying to add Veeam B&R server which using version 9.5 to Veeam one, it showed an error stated that "Veeam one monitor could not connect to "IP". cannot add the specified backup server. Veeam one supports only Veeam Backup & Replication v7 patch 4 or later."

Does anyone know what went wrong?

Hi Daniel and welcome to the community!
To monitor VBR v9.5 you need to update Veeam ONE to v9.5 first.
The thing is VBR has lots of new features which Veeam ONEv9 is not aware of. Although you can monitor VBRv9 with Veeam ONE v9.5
