Hello,
I have a Veeam One license that is not shown in portal.
I logged in and tried to open a ticket for a license that is now shown. Went through steps, uploaded the license and when clicking submit I just get "moved" to https://cp.veeam.com/tab/open page.
No ticket shown under open tickets, no email conformation received.
Did this 3 times on diff PCs with both Chrome and Firefox. Same thing
Is the support portal broken?

nevermind, managed 4th time later with ie11 to open the case.

Adrian, the portal is up and running, let me check with the web team what might have caused this.
