We purchased a a new subscription for our customer, and it no longer shows in the renewals window of our portal.
VeeamONE is showing a warning, do we need re-import a license file?

Hi Matthew,
What kind of warning does Veeam ONE show? If you've updated the license key, you need to re-import to Veeam ONE as well.

I think the answer is then: you need to import a renewal license file? (And I've forgotten that), we paid for it last week (to distributor), so I'm guessing we just haven't been sent the license file yet.
