Hello,
Each thrusday, VeeamOne poweroff all my VM in Vmware infrastructure.
I can see on vmware log veeamOne account connect and when it disconnect, all vm receive a guest OS power off signal.
If I power off the VeeamOne VM between the night of thrusday to friday -> there is no issue.
I'm trying to understand what happen and I'm going to open a support ticket.
Does someone have an idea maybe ?
Thanks

Re: VeeamOne power off my infrastructure
Hello matteu,
Only remediation action with a script to power off came to the mind. Try to check the alarms around the time of the power-off signal.
Please do not forget to share the case # in this thread.
Thanks

Re: VeeamOne power off my infrastructure
Thanks for your answer.
It s new installation from arround 2 month ago and no non defautlt alarm action performed.
I find veeam documentation on default alarm and no one execute power off on VM.
Customer forget to say me they also poweroff an appliance vm for they Eaton UPS with rules to power off infrastructure based on conditions...
Nothing about veeam one but on this appliance after checking log
