I'm trying to add my Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 8.3.0.2201 P20251212 to VeeamONE 13.0.1.61868 . I have a perpetual license for my VeeamB&R 13, but I'm on subscription for Veeam365 as there is no other choice (?).
Ok, so I looked up our licenses and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 is 'Rental' and Veeam Backup and Replication is 'Perpetual' (we also pay for support for three years). I thought we were on 'subscription' as we have to declare our license numbers each month. Based on your comparison table we aren't eligible to use VeeamONE.
Is there a reason why a fully paid for license can't be used in VeeamONE? I'm just trying to understand the logic behind this.
Hello Alex,
I wanted to make sure as you are mentioning Veeam Backup & Replication here as well. What is the exact version for Veeam ONE you have, is it perpetual? We cannot help you much from here, but if you move the Veeam ONE license to rental as well, then that will be allowed as per the license matrix.
Please let us know.
