VM and backup chargeback with basic fee

Hello,

I'd like to use VeeamONE for VM and backup chargeback, but there's one problem: We have defined the costs for vCPU, vRAM and storage, but also a basic fee for each VM and a second fee for every backed up VM.
So, the total costs of a VM are basic fee plus resource costs (vCPU, vRAM and storage), and the backup costs are basic fee plus amount of storage used for the backups.
Is there any way to implement this in VeeamONE? I've also opend a case at Veeam (Case-ID 07000481), but maybe someone in the forum already has a solution for this?

Hello Harald,
I am not aware of any extra costs you can add natively from our Report Configuration itself. But perhaps you can save the report as XLS, and make the required changes there, and produce a PDF directly from there.

How often do you need to send these reports?

I've discussed this with the support team and they have raised a feature request for it. We need this reports every month for our accounting for a couple of customers, so, generating them manually in Excel is not an option since that would be too much work...
I think we'll have to find another way for now, but I hope that it will be integrated in VeeamONE in one of the next releases.
