vSphere 7.0u1 Support
Hi,
Does Veeam ONE support vSphere 7.0u1?
There was a VBR release, but I can't find Veeam ONE, so I'm checking.

Re: vSphere 7.0u1 Support
Hello,
KB4050 is a VBR KB article (see "Product" section on the right side of the KB article).
VeeamONE releases happen less often because there are not so many dependencies to VMware, Hyper-V etc. There is no "special sauce" like we have for backups.
if you look at the supported platforms https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/one/d ... ml?ver=100 you can see that we also did not list updates in the past. 7.0U1 is still 7.0
Best regards,
Hannes

Re: vSphere 7.0u1 Support
Hi guys,
While generally, Hannes is correct, I should say that in vSphere 7U1 VMware added vCLS VMs, as a part of vCLS feature. These VMs will be consuming VONE licenses in the same way as normal VMs but this can be worked around by creating a Business View group using a wildcard expression and containing these VMs to exclude them from monitoring, and thus, prevent excessive license consumption.
This difficulty will be addressed in v11 by excluding these VMs from monitoring on the data collection layer and there will be a registry key available allowing to switch this back on.
I hope it helps.

Re: vSphere 7.0u1 Support
I'm not seeing any vSAN datastores in VeeamOne 10.0.2.1094 (10a) after migrating to 7U1.

Re: vSphere 7.0u1 Support
Hi Nzorn,
Unfortunately, VMware has made some changes in the APIs in v7U1 and this caused that behavior. We are addressing this issue in VONE v11 as changes on the SDK layer are required.
Thanks
