What is the file format and associated program for Veeam ONE reports

Hi,
I have installed Veeam ONE Client on a server that has Adobe Acrobat and MS Report Viewer 2005 installed.
When I generate reports, i get an error "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action".
It then prompts me to either install a program or make a file association. Could do either, but the URL in the error pop up is not long enough to view the whole file name with the extension, so...!

Could you elaborate on your infrastructure? What OS type Veeam ONE Server runs on, what are the hypervisors versions?

Veeam ONE is running on Windows 2012 R2. Hypervisors are ESXi 5.5 on vCenter 5.5
I can see the infrastructure in ONE, but cannot generate a report from right-click options; it throws an error that it cannot handle the filetype as it has no associated program....never seen that before.

Does the report work if you generate it from Veeam ONE Reporter? Not right-click, but directly from web interface.

AH, your response made a light-bulb go on in my head
I changed the web identity credentials and it all worked. Permissions error!
