Which to upgrade first V10?

I'm preparing to upgrade to Veeam v10.

I have both Backup Enterprise Manager and VeeamONE. Which one of these pieces of software should I upgrade first?

I've seen some contradictory information indicating that VeeamONE gets updated first then BEM, and vice-versa.

In this case, you should upgrade VONE first, then EM and then proceed to the B&R upgrade.
