How to reset/restart the Orchestration Plan when it is hung? Like all buttons are grayed out, Power Off, Halt, Edit, etc all are grayed out. Manage > Reset grayed out as well.

I restarted Veeam Orchestrator Server Service which reset the Orchestration Plan but I'm looking for a solution to just restart the specific plan without affecting the others. I'm not sure if using the API would be effective for a hung state.

Hi, if the Reset control was also unavailable then there would be no method to recover the plan (except a restart of the service as you discovered)
Could you please open a support case, just to share your logfiles with R&D? We will try to discover the root cause of the plan freezing in this way. Thanks!
