Licence usage not correct?

I wonder if there is an issue or possibly a display fault in the licence usage count for VRO?

I have some vms tagged to appear in a particular recovery plan, but note that the instances value on the licence page doesn't appear to change when vms are added or removed.

The remaining vms count on the licence usage widget from the overview tab doesn't seem to change value either, to record over/under usage

Hi,

The license usage widget should be updated when you add VMs to a recovery plan. If this does not happen in your case, I would suggest opening a support ticket.

It would appear to be on a time delay - current thoughts are that once a vm in seen it's remembered for x days rather than the widget count being updated in real time
