Hi,
I have installed VRO. We also have a full blown Veeam One. Can I use the full blown Veeam One instead of the embedded version?
How can I integrate the full blown Veeam One to my VRO?
Thanks,

Re: Veeam One and VRO
Hi, currently you can not integrate an existing ONE server into VRO. You must co-install the "embedded" ONE server that is part of a VRO installation.
However you don't need to configure or manage this co-installed ONE, VRO will automatically configure it and use it for the required data collection.
The option to connect VRO to an existing ONE installation is on the roadmap! Although I cannot promise a specific release vehicle or date, it is in the plan.
Please note that in the latest versions of ONE there is the concept of ONE Agent on a Veeam Backup server and the "ownership" of that agent. When you add a Veeam Backup server to VRO, then VRO will automatically configures a connection from it's co-installed ONE server to that Backup server. This can cause a warning in your ONE console that your production ONE server no longer has ownership of the ONE agent. This is easily solved as you can simply take back ownership in the ONE console, and this will not affect VRO's data collection. (we will address this in a future update)
Hope that helps!
