i am trying to disable some informational events like syslog and collector. i could not find the policy in hpom.

could you please advise about it.

for example:

Message group: VM_SPI_HOST_STATE
Application: nworksVIC
Object: Collector
Severity: Normal
Text: VP511 Metrics were successfully obtained for ESX host

Please search for the policy named "VMSPI-nworksVIC Messages: nworksVIC Messages from Virtual Enterprise Monitor (VEM)", it should contain the rule you need "VP511 Metrics were successfully obtained for ESX host".
