I have a customer that used Direct Restore to Azure to restore a Windows VM backup file to Azure. The Windows VM can boot up after
the restore but it seems to malfunction, and they could not log into it at all. All they see is black screen when trying to log into it.
Before uploading the backup file of this Windows VM to Azure, they could boot it up using Instant VM Recovery locally. So it is kind of
strange to the customer. They have no idea what caused this.
Can you provide any suggestion on this? Any place we can dig around to find out the root cause? Thanks.
