Possible GUI bug when setting up Azure Accounts in console

Found what might be a possible bug in the manage azure creds section of the console. We have been setting up the restore to Azure scripts etc posted on the veeam blog for a customer POC.

If you go in and edit an existing Azure account, and save, you see it list to subs in the GUI and when you powershell the account subscriptions, you see two subscriptions returned. Even though there is only one available for that account. To fix this, we have to remove the account fully via the GUI and recreate.

We've seen this issue in on the server deployed from the Azure Marketplace as of a few days ago, so it will be the latest verison of Veeam B+R installed.
