Hi, is there a way to only allow specific ports over the veeam pn vpn connection?
(for example if we only wanted to allow rdp)

VeeamPN is a very simple VPN solution. It's not built for firewalling. I mean, it's an Ubuntu installation... so technically, if you are experienced with Linux, it is possible.
But in general I would say: no
