Veeam FastSCP

Post by Marcus » Jul 19, 2016 2:15 pm

I have installed the following "Veeam FastSCP"

When trying to connect to the VM from Veeam FastSCP getting the following error.

The ssl connection cannot be established. Verify that the service on the remote host is properly configured to listen for https request

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

MMC

Hi Marcus, have you checked whether all the requirements are met?

Veeam FastSCP is installed on-premises. I recommend contacting technical support for further troubleshooting.

Ahh, I thought that it hadn't helped originally. Anyway, glad to hear that you've sorted everything out.

By the way, if you're interested in testing 9.5. beta supporting ARM model out of the box, kindly, contact your sales representative.

Thanks.

[MERGED] Access is denied?

Post by jcunningham » Dec 09, 2016 12:40 am

I've gone through the posts on installing FastSCP on Azure, however, I need getting a message that connecting to remote host failed, access is denied.

I'm using the domain admin account and created the SSL cert I believe successfully. Is there a trick that I am missing?

Jay

Seems like you're trying to work with Azure Resource Manager VM. If so, follow the blog post mentioned by Pavel. Thanks.
