Workload registration shows on multiple tenants
Hi,
Why does my workload registration for my VBR server show under all my tenants?
Is that normal or a bug?
Thanks
Kevin

Hi @kevin.boddy,
This is normal as a registration is against your organisation, not a specific workload tenant within vault.
Workloads can only access the vaults assigned to them though.

Re: Workload registration shows on multiple tenants
Hi,
That's bizarre.
So you mean to tell me all my customers are going to see all the other customers VBR servers listed under their tenant organizations?
Surely that's can't be right?
What is the point of creating companies+subscriptions in Pulse and then creating separate tenants against those subscriptions if they're all going to see each other in the VDC Vault portal?
Thanks
Kevin

Re: Workload registration shows on multiple tenants
As the service provider, you will see all workloads.
If they customer is registering their VBR against their org, which has a VCSP Vault Subscription assigned to it that created by you as the partner, when you manage that subscription, you see all workloads you have access to. When they access it with their customer account in their VDC portal org, they see only the workloads within their org.

Hi Kevin, just to reiterate what Ben is saying, you as the service provider can see all VBR servers because you are authorised to do so, but customers logging in will only see those registered to them.kevin.boddy wrote: ↑Jan 22, 2026 5:44 pm So you mean to tell me all my customers are going to see all the other customers VBR servers listed under their tenant organizations?

Re: Workload registration shows on multiple tenants
Hi,
Ok. But then why doesn't this work for me?
I create myself a Vault tenant with my own separate subscription just like I have created for my customers.
I then register my VBR server against my Vault tenant.
My VBR server now shows up under all my other tenant customers.
Why is that happening then if that's not how it's supposed to work?
Thanks
Kevin

Is that when you are signed in to your end customer account or your VCSP account? My VBR server now shows up under all my other tenant customers.

Re: Workload registration shows on multiple tenants
Hi,
I only have one account and it is configured under my tenant customer account.
If I login to cloud.veeam.com I get the option to select either the VCSP company or my tenant company account.
When doing the authorization from the VBR server it doesn't ask me that.
Thanks
Kevin
