[V13.1] - VSA HA Cluster IP?

Im about to join two VSAs running 13.1 to a HA cluster, and I know that when connecting we need to use the cluster IP, and the nodes sync/talks through the Node IPs

But what about the communication to other infrastructure, Repositorys, Proxies, Mount server, Vcenter etc. etc.? Is this also the cluster IP, or is it the node IP?

So the cluster IP is ONLY for connecting with Veeam backup and replication console and web GUI?

Yes. Another scenario that comes to mind is Enterprise Manager connecting to the virtual cluster IP.
I have a ticket open with our Help Center team to enhance the documentation for cluster scenarios in the Help Center.
