Question about KB4927 - Upgrading Veeam Analytics Service

Hi all,

I was wondering if the behavior described in KB article 4927 (https://www.veeam.com/kb4927) also applies to upgrading Veeam ONE from version v12.3.XXX to v13.1.1.XXX.

Since the Veeam Analytics Service is not present in VBR v12.3.XXX, does this mean it won't be installed (along with its prerequisites) until VBR itself is also upgraded to v13.1.1.XXX?
