Unable to start VBR Service

I have a case open - 02002544 and Veeam support team working on same, I m here to gain some further feedback in the meantime.

Veeam B&R : 9.5 (Upgraded from 9 U2 almost week back)

Our backup server working up to today morning without any error. But, one of the backup job stuck for almost 80Hrs. and it's not getting stop, so, we restarted our backup server. After server restart we are getting below error.

Veeam engineer try to restore old configuration backup also but, error remain same.

Looks like quite generic database table error with variety of potential root causes. So, hardly can we provide any meaningful help here. Thanks.

Thanks for updated.

Veeam support team done changes in DB and resolved same.
