I've got a couple of customer locations where the upgrade to V11 is failing because the SQLDB has hit 10Gb in SQL Express. Of course this kills the upgrade, and results in having to revert the snapshot on the VeeamOne VM. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but kb2357 seems to fail because those tables do not exist.
Have you tried executing it without that table? If you don't have PerfSampleLow12 data, then it is either hasn't been collected yet or there are no permissions to delete it. If this still does not help, then our support team would be able to assist you with the upgrade.
Yeah - I don't have any of those tables listed in kb2357. I do have PerfSampleLow, which was 3995MB, so I took a leap of faith and truncated it. It literally just finished, so I'll try the upgrade again in a few minutes. The next two largest tables were PerfSampleMed (1212MB) and Event (1111MB). I didn't touch these two.
Hmm.... Let me ask our RnD team to review the KB once again and provide scripts for cases like yours. Dean, could you please follow up on how everything goes (in this topic) so I could share this knowledge with our support and dev teams?
Vitaliy - I should point out to, I've looked a few different customer sites, all V10, and none of them have those tables listed in KB2357. But PerfSampleLow and PerfSampleMed definitely exist in all of them.
