Hi!
We're studying moving from VMWare to Proxmox but there are something that in a Proxmox is not usable at the moment.
So far I found:
- Cannot use VSA installation (only Windows installation VM supported, no support for vistual appliance/OVA)
- No supoprt for VirtualLab
Am I missing something? is there a matrix table of what's not supported at the moment between VMWare and Proxmox?

Re: Veeam VSA and other on Proxmox
Hi Michele,
On Proxmox VE, you can deploy Veeam Software Appliance using the ISO image (Help Center) on a virtual machine. We plan to provide an importable template, similar to OVA, in one of our future releases.
SureBackup is a frequently requested feature, and it is on our roadmap, but I cannot share a timeline. I am happy to add your request as another vote. As a workaround, you can use Instant Recovery for manual verification. Instant Recovery for Proxmox VE was introduced in version 13.1.
A public matrix does not exist, but you can start with our Help Center, where we document all supported features for Proxmox VE.
Best,
Fabian

Re: Veeam VSA and other on Proxmox
So, installing as a "normal ISO" will be ok to import backup configuration of a VSA? (same version of course!)
Thank you very much.

Hi Michele,
Yes, sure.
If you want to restore a configuration backup from a Windows-based backup server, this would be a Windows-to-Veeam Software Appliance conversion. You can find more information here:
