SQL Server Transaction Log Backup failed

Hello,

I'm performing transaction logs backup every 30 min, and some times I receive the error "Collected SQL Server transaction logs do not match any existing database backup: (DB's names)"
But this error doesn't happen every 30 min it occurs 5 to 10 times each 24h.

Does someone have any suggestion how to solve it?
