Restoring Win11 backup to new SSD drive

Folks,

After performing a successful backup of my Win11 laptop, I wanted to upgrade its SSD from 256 GB to a larger size, 1 TB.
Not Bitlocker is used.

What are the procedure I must follow to restore the system to the newly installed SSD.

You need to follow this article Restoring from Veeam Recovery Media in the Manual Mode
and perform Bare Metal Recovery procedure.
Resize partition (to accommodate your new disk size) option could also be used in the process (follow the article for examples)
