2 x licence files - need to merge
Hello.
I purchased 2 x licences and I THINK they need joining together.
I purchase Veeam last year for 14 cpus. I have subsequently purchased another 5 vmware hosts, so have bough a new 10 cpu licence.
If I try to install this, it installed OVER my original licence.
I need to run both licences on the same server - is this possible and how do I go about achieving this?

George, yes, this is possible. Please contact your sales representative or technical support with that. You can also do this yourself with the help of the license portal.

I am logged into my portal and doesnt appear clear as to how this is done? Do I need to submit a support ticket rather than doing this online myself?

Yes, they helped me - they've merged the file and adjusted the admins.
Another question - my 2 merged licences now are installed, but at the bottom right hand side of the veeam screen, it says 35 days remaining. Does that just show the SOONEST support end date as my other licence should still be valid for 1 year.

Yes, the combined license key has the earliest support expiration date of all the merged keys, this is covered in the KB article mentioned above. Please contact your sales rep for available options.
