A simple solution for sending backup to another server

Post by pravinganore »

I have a server that works on my site to make backups, there is another server for different tests. Tell me what is the simplest solution to establish an automatic backup of the selected folder on the server number 2?

Hi Pravin, welcome to the community.

Sorry, but I didn’t get it clearly, what exactly you are trying to achieve?
Do you want to backup VMs or just make backups of files and folders or maybe perform backup copy to the remote site?

Thanks!

Hi Pravin,

The simplest solution for automatic backup of the folder is Veeam Endpoint backup, also you can use FIle Copy Job for those purposes.
Please, review different approaches on existing thread about individual file/folder backup.

Thanks!
