Hi Team,
I'm using StoreOnce as a repository, but I'm getting an error in the synthesis process.
The retry process also failed with the same error.
===
OSCLT_CLTERR_DATA_SESSION_IN_ERROR_STATE. Err: -3999 Failed to open parent for clone operation.
===
Since I could not find any knowledge about this error, I opened a case from the Veeam portal site.
However, after two days, I have not received a reply.
Case ID: #02323539
Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this error?
Kind Regards,
Asahi,

Case number 02323539 was opened and closed in 2017. Did you possibly mean case number 05020945?
If yes, then it was open with Severity 4 and on the Basic support contract (business hours only). The response target for such cases is 24 business hours. However it's been less than 16 business hours since you opened it. You should hear from our support soon, please be patient!

Hi Team,
Sorry, I made a mistake and copied an ID that has nothing to do with Veeam.
The correct Case ID is Case #05020945.
