About the minimum permissions required for vCloud Director

Does anyone know about the minimum permissions required for vCloud Director?

Veeam B & R 9.5 Update 4a supports vCloud Director 8.x through 9.5.
I want to know the minimum privileges of vCloud Director organization users and roles that are required to work with vCloud Director.

Hello,
you need system administrator privileges. Quote from user guide

select credentials for the account that has system administrator privileges on VMware vCloud Director (you cannot use the organization administrator account to add VMware vCloud Director).
