Add Exist Proxy server to a new Veeam Backup Server 9.5

Hello ,
we have an Veeam infrastructure Physical Veeam Backup v9 with 3 Vms play the role of the proxy and the backup repository .we are planning to replace the old Veeam Backup Physical server on v9 oui the new one with v9.5

We are planning to make a deployement from scrach .but i need to know if this Senario is possible because i'm note sure if i can add the existent proxies to the new server without impact !

Hello Azuriste,

Yes it should work. After you install new Veeam B&R instance, add these servers as managed servers under Backup Infrastructure node. Veeam B&R should detect previously installed components and will perform update if required.
