Application Aware

Hi all,

if i check "Enable Application Aware Processing" in a backup job, but in the "Application" menu set "Disable Application Processing" is like to disable at all the first option?
The windows operating system will be backed up with vss?

Hi Bruno, yes, this will disable application-aware processing for the particular VM (think of it as of AAIP exclusions). Such VMs will be processed according to this setting.
