People,
I'm now using Veeam Backup & Replication 8.0.0.2021 to backup the vSphere 5.1 Update 1 Environment so does it really necessary to update both VVeeam Backup & Replication 8.0.0.2021 and VeeamONE ?

Unless you're affected by the issues it addresses, there's no strong requirement to update. However it is always recommended to keep Veeam B&R at the latest patch level.
