I've got an ESXi host with an enterprise plus license added to inventory on a brand new Backup and Recovery Community system. When I try to run a backup it says that there are no VMs to backup.
Any idea why B&R wouldn't see my VM?

Re: B&R not seeing an ESXi VM
Hello,
If the host is added to the inventory, the only reason why there are no VMs shown is that the response to our API request that we send to vSphere to retrieve the objects hierarchy does not contain any information about VMs. Maybe there are no required permissions, you may refer to this page for more info about permissions.
Please open a support case, it looks like a technical issue and we cannot troubleshoot the technical problems efficiently over the forum posts. Also, please don't forget to provide a support case ID.
Thanks!
