Hi,
We are trying to backup an NFS datastore using the Veeam Direct storage access transport mode. The backup starts, but then fails back to network mode. Using network mode impacts performance. Is it possible anyone can advise why would this happen, is it the network, the proxy server, or the storage?
Thanks for any input.
Kind regards
Andrew Rycroft

Re: Backp direct access storage mode failing back to network mode?
Hi Andrew,
Please check these requirements and limitations for the direct NFS access mode, if all of the requirements are met I recommend contacting our support team to troubleshoot the technical issue and share a support case ID for our reference.
Thanks!

Yes, we believe all the criteria are met. We have logged a call with Veeam Support - Case # 07299313.
Any tips or input appreciated.
