So I have the choice to have the Veeam database running on my SQL Express or new Postgres DB that got installed with v12 (after full uninstall and re-install of Veeam B&R).
The DB switcher tool is really nice and easy to switch between DBs for all the components in a single UI, however I see the Veeam config restore tool doesn't allow me to restore a .bco file to postgres (at least when I give it my .bco created from a SQL DB).
Is this by design? Will it help if I tried the migrate option instead in the restore tool?
Regards
Rob

Re: Backup Config restore v12 (SQL to Postgres)
Hi Rob
After the upgrade to V12, you need to run a new configuration backup.
BCO files from previous versions doesn't allow the migration to postgreSQL.
Only V12 BCO files can be used.
