Backup Copy Job failing

Reference case # 04130087. This Backup Copy job keeps failing for the last week as it doesn't complete before the next interval. Is there any way to extend that interval period. The problem recently started after we copied a significant amount of new files to that server.

Hi Patrick, you can temporarily increase the copy interval to allow the job to copy the significant changes and then set it back to normal value to continue with the regular amount of incremental changes.

Thanks or the input. I will give that a try. I set it to 7 days which should be more than enough time.
