backup encryption - which algorithm is being used?

the last weeks I was "playing" around with different ciphers in a private project and now I'm wondering which operation mode veeam is using. I mean we all know that AES (I guess 256) has been chosen but which operating mode? CBC, GCM, CCM, etc...
