Hi out of 20 VM approx. 8 are failing with below error. It's fully working system till last week. Please help me to identify the issue

Sorry to hear about the challenges with the backups. I understand you've opened a case already, may I ask you to share your case number for our review?

As for the question, an investigation on the file locks may prove useful here. It's best to continue with Support, but I'd guess they will send this article as well to start the investigation.

Similarly, have you rebooted the proxies since the issue began? This is naturally a bit generic advice, but as the proxies would be interacting with the environment, it's possible there's some stuck lock for some reason here and a reboot may assist.

Hi It was a connectivity issues to one of our ESX hosts and now all are fixed. Cheers for your help
