I have a client on Veeam 6.5 which I know isn't supported anymore, I am hoping to get them to upgrade to V8 soon, in the meantime they got an error last night on their backup:
Failed to delete oib '[vmname=xxx SBS2011:creation_time=4/16/2015 2:02:01 AM:alg=Syntethic:id=4f94a071-6519-4aa1-8ca2-27177324503d:point_id=52e4c310-0789-43e1-b22a-25cd2618eab3:storage_id=2e060359-551d-4117-8819-d94119e82a4e]' from '\\192.168.x.xx\vmbackups\xxxxxx SBS2011\xxxx SBS20112015-04-16T020148.vbk', redo '\\192.168.x.xx\vmbackups\xxxx SBS2011\xxxxx SBS20112015-04-15T020150.vrb' TextToTar failed Client error: All instances of the storage metadata are corrupted. Failed to backup text locally.
Any idea what this means other then it wasn't able to do the backup for some reason>?

Re: Backup Error
I found this article http://www.veeam.com/kb1886 which then led to this article http://www.veeam.com/kb1885. In the end I had to delete the job from disk and recreate it, its currently backing up we'll see how it goes.
