Case # 03616466
Dear Sir,
I have 7 backup jobs to monitor from Veeam B&R.
The issue is that the hard drive capacity of 18TB is full.
What can I do so that the backup can resumed?
I tried to delete from disk but it seems that it will delete all the backups,
Some of the backups also have a red circle with an exclamation mark over them
When I go into properties, a number of the backups done have a red circle and a cross.
What other options are there?

Re: Backup Failed due to insufficient space on Synology NAS
Hi Kevin,
Welcome to Veeam Community Forums and thanks for posting.
You may delete some backup files manually if you are not willing to extend your repository space. Please take a look at that thread - should give you some hints (applicable for both Hyper-V and vSphere).
The red cross could be anything - can't assume without having a deep look so please check this situation with the support engineers.
Thanks

Re: Backup Failed due to insufficient space on Synology NAS
WHat does this mean?
From an SQL cluster backup.
The request is not supported.
Error: in [VctSetDeviceCopyCtInformation] at step [4]
Agent failed to process method {VeeamVolumeCt.CreateVctFile}.

Re: Backup Failed due to insufficient space on Synology NAS
How do I see how much incremental and full backup is used for each backup job?

Re: Backup Failed due to insufficient space on Synology NAS
We are unable to judge the root cause without knowing all the details. Debug logs analysis should tell more. Please reach out to support team directly regarding any errors, and let us and the community know your support case ID.
You may check this directly on your Synology device by summing up VIB or VBK file sizes.kevin.hong wrote: ↑Jun 14, 2019 10:51 am How do I see how much incremental and full backup is used for each backup job?
