Backup Job fail with shared SCSI

Hi Gys,
the Problem:
i have VM's with "shared physical SCSI Controller" on then no Backup is running. i need this configuration on some VM's because we share htdoc's, db's and any other.
the backup also doesn't work if i exclude the shared disk.

any idea what i can do?

Thomas, as per the Release Notes document included with your download, VMs with disks engaged in SCSI bus sharing are not supported, because VMware currently does not support snapshoting such VMs. Thanks.
