Backup of SCCM VM causes an ESXi hang

Almost every time we're backing up our SCCM VM with Veeam, the ESXi hosts where it's running on becomes in a "hanging" situation. Other VMs seem to keep on running, however they become unavailable one by one because of storage latency.
Anybody is having the same or havind an idea how to solve?

Stanislas, haven't you noticed, does this behavior occur during VM snapshot commit operation at the end of backup?

didn't see your reply earlier. I have to check it out. After my post, it did not happen again with that SCCM server but with other's
I'm checking out now.

with the last one, yesterday evening, a Linux VM, the crash happened immediately after the create snapshot was sent

What if you try to create snapshot manually? Are you able to reproduce the same behavior without Veeam B&R in presence?

Didn't try that Alexander. And at the moment not possible to try it out.
Don't want to have an extra crash

I recommend to involve Veeam and VMware support in investigation of the reasons of this behavior.
