Hello I have one question.

My Veeam server is virtual and I have one server physical with connect SAN with my storage HP 3PAR.

I don't understand as configure my physical server with proxy and use it for connect to 3PAR with integration storage with FC connectivity.

I only can configure proxy virtual I don't have option install proxy physical server. any idea?

I think there is an option to add the Veeam Server to the iSCSI network of the server. We will use iSCSI then to work with the snapshots.

it's a possible but, I want use de conectivity FC not iSCSI. The physical server have FC connection with my storage.

Maybe I misunderstood you.
If you want to use the physical server as Proxy with FibreChannel, then you have to do 3 things.

Configure the FC Switch Zoning, so that the physical Proxy „see the storage“.

Create a hosts entry for the FC HBAs from the physical Proxy within the 3PAR (no volume mounting needed).

Add the 3PAR as Storage System to Veeam.
