backup vms with snapshot

Hi,

simple question I guess. We want to ignore/remove warnings regarding CBT and vms with VMWare snapshots (that are mandatory for those vms) in a backup job. Is there a way to ignore these CBT warnings by VM, without disabling CBT on VM level (while that requires removal of the snapshot).

Goal is to obtain a nice green job result

any advise ?

You need to remove snapshots prior enabling CBT on the VM. After the job enables CBT on the VM, you can create snapshots and they will not be causing warnings during backup any longer. Thanks!

We created a new backup job and disabled CBT. Those vms were it is not possible to remove the snapshots are targeted for this specific job. Thanks !
